The UZIN Renoplan® systemenables floor coverings to be laid on damp substrates without measuring residual moisture. Thanks to the combination of, for example, UZIN PE 360 PLUS , UZIN NC 161 and UZIN Plurafilm Hydro, a reliable moisture barrier is created for the installation of floor coverings, even on damp screed or concrete.UZIN PE 360 PLUS and UZIN 161 also provide the ideal basis for laying on damp floors when used individually.
As an adhesion promoter for UZIN NC 161, UZIN PE 360 PLUS reduces the absorbency of the substrate. UZIN NC 161 ensures a moisture-resistant and reliable surface as well as fast drying. Finally, UZIN Plurafilm Hydro forms a water vapor barrier layer that prevents moisture from penetrating the floor covering. This keeps the substrate reliably dry and ready for installation, without any additional measurements.

Step-by-step instructions for installation The UZIN Renoplan® system in use
Step 1: Sanding the substrate
Start by sanding the substrate with the WOLFF Samba to remove layers that reduce adhesion or are unstable and to create an even, smooth surface for subsequent coats.
Step 2: Cleaning and vacuuming the substrate
Vacuum the substrate thoroughly with the WOLFF VACUCLEAN 2 industrial vacuum cleaner to ensure a clean surface for subsequent application.
Step 3: Priming the substrate with UZIN PE 360 PLUS
Apply UZIN PE 360 PLUS evenly and completely with the UZIN Nylon Plush Roller and the codex X Spray. Avoid the formation of puddles. This primer reduces absorbency and creates a strong bonding surface.
Step 4: Attaching edge insulation strips
Apply edge insulation strips to avoid sound bridges and ensure decoupling of the substrate.
Step 5: Filling the substrate with UZIN NC 161
Use UZIN NC 161 to smooth out unevenness and create a moisture-resistant surface.
Step 6: Bonding the floor covering with UZIN Plurafilm Hydro
Bond the floor covering with UZIN Plurafilm Hydro, a moisture-barrier dry adhesive that provides reliable adhesion and makes the floor immediately walkable and loadable.
UZIN Plurafilm Hydro
UZIN Plurafilm Hydro is a moisture-barrier dry adhesive developed for laying PVC, CV and rubber flooring as well as tufted textile flooring on damp substrates. This product eliminates the need for moisture measurement, which simplifies the installation process. It provides a reliable barrier against moisture and ensures an ideal foundation on unheated and heated subfloors, even with residual moisture without limitation.
Thanks to fast drying, the floor covering can be walked on immediately after installation and can be welded or grouted immediately. UZIN Plurafilm Hydro is resistant to alkaline moisture, free of hazardous substances and therefore an environmentally friendly solution for renovations. It enables fast and durable installation, even under difficult conditions.
