“Amber from Gdansk” – PGE Arena.

The natural beauty of amber, and the many centuries of harbour tradition in Gdansk, were the inspiration for the concept behind the PGE Arena in Gdansk. Steel and concrete were combined into a single structure on a formidable scale, which is able to present the best side of contemporary architecture.

Concentrated floor expertise at the Orange Campus

Under the motto “Success needs good grounding,” the UZIN UTZ Group has been closely associated with the German Basketball League team “ratiopharm ulm” as a sponsoring partner since 2014 and was involved in the impressive Orange Campus construction project as an anchor partner. At the heart of the campus are three sports halls, 95% of which are available for youth and recreational sports. The largest hall can accommodate 500 spectators, and two of the halls have a direct connection to the fitness center, which spans three floors. The six-story tower houses offices with meeting and conference rooms. LVT flooring in a trendy dark pine look from the floors@work collection by our partner in the flooring industry, Project Floors, was used here, as well as needle felt and deep-pile carpeting. The Uzin brand provided the expertise in terms of installation systems.

New event area in the Voith Arena in Heidenheim

Speed isn’t just critical for success when it comes to football; precise timing and expeditious, predictable, reliable completion also matter at job sites. To make sure the new FCH business lounge and catering area could be used for the last game of the 2014/2015 season for the second division 1. FC Heidenheim 1846 during expansion of the Voith Arena, the schedules had to be strictly followed.
