Step by step to a moisture-resistant substrate The UZIN Renoplan® system in use
Step 1: Priming the substrate with UZIN PE 360 PLUS
Start by priming the substrate by applying UZIN PE 360 PLUSevenly and evenly over the entire surface. Avoid the formation of puddles. This reduces the absorbency of the substrate. Allow the primer to dry for about 30 minutes before continuing with the next steps.
Step 2: Levelling witht UZIN NC 182
Use the stable filler UZIN NC 182 to level out any unevenness on the substrate. This moisture-resistant compound dries quickly and forms a resilient base that is perfect for the subsequent layers.
Step 3: Priming the filler with UZIN PE 360 PLUS
Repeat the priming process on the UZIN NC 182 filler with UZIN PE 360 PLUS to ensure good adhesion.
Step 4: Now apply the self-leveling compound UZIN NC 161
This filler ensures a smooth and even surface that is also resistant to moisture. It provides an excellent basis for subsequent bonding.
Step 5: Bonding with UZIN KE 25
Finally, apply the moisture-resistant dispersion adhesive UZIN KE 25 to bond the floor covering to the prepared substrate. This adhesive is especially suitable for damp substrates and ensures a secure bond that keeps the floor covering permanently in place.

UZIN PE 360 PLUS is a moisture-resistant and ready-to-use dispersion primer specially developed for absorbent substrates such as cement screeds and concrete. With its fast drying and excellent adhesion, it forms the perfect basis for subsequent filling work.
