Blue Bricks B.V. Office Renovation in Alphen aan den Rijn High-Quality PVC Flooring Installation with UZIN Products
A comprehensive floor installation was executed for this office building. The architect selected a PVC floor from Cotap, for which a detailed quotation was prepared and approved. Thanks to excellent collaboration with the main contractor and meticulous planning, the project proceeded smoothly and was completed to the full satisfaction of the client.
Underfloor heating was integrated into the existing Fermacell floor to ensure efficient and uniform heat distribution. The cut-outs for the underfloor heating were sealed with UZIN KR 417, fully compliant with insurance requirements. After sealing, the floor was carefully primed and leveled to create a perfectly flat substrate. Finally, PVC strips and tiles were bonded to the leveled floor, resulting in a high-quality and durable finish with a stylish appearance.

UZIN NC 570 is an outstanding product! UZIN NC 110 also performed exceptionally well. During colder days, it is advisable to allow a day or two between the steps. The material flows smoothly and is excellent to work with. There are absolutely no complaints!
