Comprehensive Renovation of a Family Home in Dvůr Králové nad Labem

The family home, originally built between 1920 and 1930, underwent a complete renovation to modernize its interior, roof, façade, insulation, and flooring. With a total area of 125 m², the property was revitalized to serve as a permanent residence. A key challenge of the project was preparing the surfaces for the final floor covering, a fully bonded LVT layer applied with UZIN KE 2000 S adhesive. The process included grinding the newly poured concrete, measuring residual moisture using the CM method, and applying UZIN PE 260 dispersion primer. The substrate was leveled with the FusionTec  leveling compound UZIN NC 570, achieving a perfectly even surface for the high-quality finish.
