Modern residential development in Rickenbach Efficient flooring system solution for modern rental flat and integrated medical practice
In Rickenbach, a modern residential building with a rental flat and an integrated doctor's surgery was built as part of the ‘Dorfgarten’ development. A high-quality floor construction was realised on a total area of 480 m², which meets the functional and design requirements in equal measure.
The realisation placed special demands on the materials used and the executing team. The levelling compound had to run particularly evenly in order to avoid visible marks on the surface. In addition, quick priming with UZIN PE 360 was required to ensure an efficient time schedule. The application of all system components - from the primer to the bonding of the final floor covering - had to mesh smoothly.

The FusionTec levelling compound UZIN NC 560 and other high-performance system products such as UZIN NC 550, UZIN PE 360, UZIN KE 66 and UZIN KR 516 were used. The excellent product quality and coordinated system compatibility enabled precise processing and were convincing in all project phases.
