The office floor in Berlin Prenzlauer Berg Efficient renovation for modern work

In Immanuelkirchstraße in Berlin Prenzlauer Berg, an office floor with a loft character has been successfully renovated and refurbished. Covering an area of 200 square meters, it has become an inspiring workspace that combines modern design with functionality.

The renovation of the office floor presented a particular challenge, as there were already rented commercial spaces in place. This required a quick implementation to avoid disrupting business operations. Additionally, a floor area of 200 square meters needed to be raised by 5 cm, which demanded extra planning and efficiency in execution.

Thanks to the use of the pump mobile and the innovative UZIN FusionTec products, an efficient solution was found. First, an epoxy resin primer with quartz sand was applied to ensure optimal adhesion. Subsequently, the height of 5 cm was achieved with the FusionTec thick layer levelling compound UZIN NC 587, which not only met the height requirements but also created a durable and resilient floor surface.

With this successful renovation, a modern and functional workspace has been created that meets the needs of the tenants while also providing aesthetic value.
