The Pier16 office building, situated directly on the Spree River, underwent a specialized flooring renovation to meet the high standards required by its elite tenants. With a total area of 6000 m², the project focused on installing a hollow-core floor on an anhydrite base. A key challenge was ensuring the floor's flatness and stability to accommodate the sophisticated needs of the office environment. The process involved using UZIN NC 570 Fusiontec leveling compound to achieve a perfectly even surface. Additional products, including UZIN PE 260 and UZIN KE 2000 S, were applied to enhance adhesion and durability, ensuring a robust foundation for the office space.
