A 260 m² residential property in Barcelona was fitted with a high-quality PVC herringbone floor over three floors. The entire house was levelled and glued - with a clear focus on clean workmanship, precise levelling and efficient construction site logistics.
The execution presented several challenges: in addition to the extensive material logistics, the construction site was affected by a nationwide power outage on the day of levelling. While the public grid was at a standstill, work was able to continue without interruption thanks to a fully self-sufficient trailer with its own power and water supply. The client also opted for underfloor heating on studded panels, which was installed and levelled independently - the levelling was then carried out by Roger Wildeboer's team.

The high-quality FusionTec levelling compound UZIN NC 580 was used, combined with the primer UZIN PE 360, the dispersion adhesive UZIN KE 2000 S and the UZIN PF 120 for PVC installation. Thanks to the precise preparation, a well-coordinated product selection and the smooth progress of the work, the project was successfully completed on 2 May 2025 - a successful example of quality ‘made by UZIN’, also internationally.
