The renovation of this single-family home in Waldbronn presented unique challenges. The house, constructed through multiple extensions, had varying floor heights and different flooring materials in every room. The subfloor consisted of wooden beam ceilings. The project goal was to install underfloor heating across all three floors while maintaining the existing stair heights, as the staircase was to remain unchanged. To address these challenges, the UZIN Turbolight-System on a gypsum basis was employed. An even subfloor was first created using UZIN SC 904, allowing the heating contractor to install the underfloor heating panels. The panels were then sealed again with UZIN SC 904 before the RR 201 reinforcement was laid. Finally, the subfloor was leveled with FusionTecthick layer levelling compound UZIN NC 567.
