Renovation of the Health Center Zwolle
The health center located at Schrevenweg 13 in Zwolle underwent an extensive floor renovation covering 862 m². Due to the critical condition of the subfloor, precise preparation and the use of high-quality materials were essential to create a stable and durable flooring solution.

CHALLENGES AND REQUIREMENTS
The main challenge of this project was the critical subfloor, which required meticulous preparation to provide a solid base for the leveling layer.
Solution
The project was successfully executed through a step-by-step approach:
- Subfloor Preparation: The subfloor was carefully milled and insulated with two layers of UZIN PE 400.
- Filling Cracks: All cracks in the subfloor were filled using UZIN NC 182.
- Priming: After drying, the subfloor was primed with UZIN PE 360 to ensure excellent adhesion for the leveling layer.
- Leveling: The entire floor was leveled with approximately 5 mm of FusionTec levelling compound UZIN NC 560, resulting in a perfectly even surface.
Working on a critical subfloor requires absolute precision and the right products. UZIN NC 560 provided a flawless leveling layer, meeting the high standards demanded by the health center.
